Chana Kebab Recipe in English

Chana Kebab is a well known dish specially in Asian countries. It is very easy to cook. Following is the procedure through which you can easily cook at home with a little effort and impress others through this dish. Hope u people try this dish and enjoy its taste.

Ingredients

Chana grain 1 cup
Onion 1 piece
Red chili as per need
Salt as per need
Coriander (hara dhania) leaves few crushed
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon full
Cumin (jeera) 2 teaspoon full
Turmeric ½ teaspoon
Baking powder ½ teaspoon
Lemon 1 piece
Egg 1 piece

For making sauce

Yogurt 1 bowel
Salt as per need
Black pepper 2 pinch
Red chili powder 1 pinch
Garlic powder 2 pinch
Dry Coriander powder ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons full

Chana Kebab Recipe

Method

1. Crushed together chana grains, onion and coriander leaves.
2. Now add all ingredients in it and mix well.
3. After mixing make round shaped kebabs of this mixture.
4. Take some oil into frying pan and deep fry the kebab.
5. Now make sauce by mixing all the ingredients given above for sauce.
6. Take out kebab when their color turns to golden brown.
7. Serve kebabs with delicious sauce.
