Ingredients
Boneless chicken 3 breast piece
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Fried eggs 2
Tomatoes 1-2
Bread slices as per need
Cucumber 1-2
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Mustard paste or powder 1½ tsp
Salad leaves as per need
Butter as per need
Method
- Marinate chicken salt, red chili powder, black pepper, lemon juice, oil, ginger garlic paste and ½ tsp mustard paste for 10-15 minutes.
- After this cook chicken and shred into small pieces.
- In a bowl mix tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and 1 tsp mustard paste. This is a dip mixture.
- Now take one bread slice and apply butter on it then place chicken on it.
- Then again put another bread slice over it and apply the dip mixture.
- Place cheese slice, salad leaf, fried egg pieces, tomato and cucumber slices.
- Again put a bread slice over it.
- Cut sandwich into 2 halves.
- Serve spicy and tasty sandwich with tomato sauce.
