Ingredients
Potato 2 boiledApple 1 peeled
Carrot 1
Peas ½ cup boiled
Pineapple few pieces
Litchi fruit (lichi) 3-4
Walnut few crushed
Dry fruits (kishmish) ½ cup
Black pepper 2-3 pinch
Spaghetti ½ packet
Salt as per need
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Method
- Boil potato and peas and spaghetti.
- Cut all vegetables and fruits into small cubes.
- Take a bowl and mix all ingredients.
- Russian salad is ready.
- Keep it in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Serve chill.
