Ingredients of Breakfast pizza

Pizza dough 1
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Green onions 2-3 chopped
Capsicum 1-2 cut into slices
Cream 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 2-3 pinch
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Oregano 1 pinch

Breakfast Pizza

Method

  1. Grease the baking tray and place pizza dough on it.
  2. Now beat egg in a bowl and pour on pizza dough, then spread a layer of cheddar cheese, capsicum slices, chopped green onions and cream then sprinkle salt, black pepper and oregano and spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on it.
  3. Put the baking tray in oven and bake for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. After the required time dish out pizza in a platter.
  5. Serve healthy pizza with hot tea.
