Ingredients of Breakfast pizza
Pizza dough 1Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Green onions 2-3 chopped
Capsicum 1-2 cut into slices
Cream 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt 2-3 pinch
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Oregano 1 pinch
Method
- Grease the baking tray and place pizza dough on it.
- Now beat egg in a bowl and pour on pizza dough, then spread a layer of cheddar cheese, capsicum slices, chopped green onions and cream then sprinkle salt, black pepper and oregano and spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on it.
- Put the baking tray in oven and bake for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
- After the required time dish out pizza in a platter.
- Serve healthy pizza with hot tea.
