Ingredients of Chinese Samosa

Samosa patti 1 packet
Boneless chicken 1 kg
Potato ½ kg
Carrot 2-3
Cabbage 1
Peas ½ cup
Capsicum 3-4
Salt 1 tbsp
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
China chili 2 tbsp
Mint leaves for garnish
Lemon slices for garnish


 Chinese Samosa Recipe

Method

  1. Firstly boil chicken, potato and peas.
  2. Now in a bowl mash boiled chicken and potatoes and add salt, black pepper, red chili pepper, chinese salt, capsicum, soya sauce, vinegar and chili sauce in it and mix them well.
  3. Now unfold the samosa patti and place the above mixture on it and fold back again tightly like that the mixture won’t came out during frying.
  4. Now you can make 15-16 samosa of this mixture easily.
  5. Then heat oil in pan and fry samosa until their colour turns golden brown.
  6. Dish them out in a platter and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
  7. Serve Chinese Samosa with spicy tomato ketchup.
