Ingredients

Boneless chicken ½ kg
White flour ¼ cup
Parmesan cheese ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Red chili pepper 1 tsp
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
Garlic powder ¼ tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Eggs 2
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Crusted Chicken Tender Recipe

Method

  1. Marinate chicken with parmesan cheese, salt, red chili pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, soya sauce and olive oil for 1 hour.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl and keep them aside.
  3. After this dip marinate chicken into egg and then coat white flour and bread crumbs.
  4. Now grease the baking tray and put these chicken pieces on it and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
  5. After the required time the chicken is ready so dish out it in a platter.
  6. Serve crispy tasty chicken tenders with tomato sauce.
