Ingredients
Rice ½ kgEgg 2
Peas ½ cup boiled
Capsicum 2
Soya sauce 4-5 tbsp
Salt as per need
Black pepper ½ tsp
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Carrot 2-3 boiled
Green onion 1-2
Cabbage 1
Vinegar 4-5 tbsp
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Method
- First of all boil the rice.
- Fry an egg and cut into small pieces and leave.
- Then heat oil in fry pan and add chicken, green onion, cabbage, carrot, peas and capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add vinegar, salt, black pepper, Chinese salt, soya sauce in it and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add boiled rice and fried egg pieces in it and mix well.
- Dish them out in a platter.
- Serve delicious rice with chili sauce.
