Chinese rice with Manchurian is a delicious recipe for Chinese food lovers. This recipe is firstly cooked China. Due to its yummy taste it gains popularity over Asian countries also. Especially Pakistani people like it very much. It is so simple to make. This dish is ready in just 30 minutes.
So people go through the recipe and must try at home.

Ingredients

For making Chinese rice
Rice 1 kg
Capsicum 3-4
Carrot 2-3
Cabbage 1
Onion 2
Peas 1 cup boiled
Salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Red chili pepper ½ tsp
Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1-2 tbsp
China chili 3-4 tbsp

For making Manchurian
Chicken ½ kg
Salt 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
Tomato sauce ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce ½ cup
White flour (maida) 2 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup (for making stock, dissolve 1 chicken cube in 1 cup of water)

Method

For Chinese rice
  1. Firstly boil the rice.
  2. Cut all vegetables and take fry pan, put oil in it and fry all vegetables. Now add all ingredients in it and cook until vegetables become soft.
  3. Mix cooked vegetables with boiled rice.
  4. Dish them out in a platter.

For Manchurian
  1. Marinate chicken with vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, cornflour and salt for 2 hours.
  2. After 2 hours fry chicken with ginger garlic paste in oil and add tomato sauce, white flour, chicken stock and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.
  4. Dish out in a bowl and serve with Chinese rice.
