Ingredients
For making Chinese riceRice 1 kg
Capsicum 3-4
Carrot 2-3
Cabbage 1
Onion 2
Peas 1 cup boiled
Salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Red chili pepper ½ tsp
Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1-2 tbsp
China chili 3-4 tbsp
For making Manchurian
Chicken ½ kg
Salt 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
Tomato sauce ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce ½ cup
White flour (maida) 2 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup (for making stock, dissolve 1 chicken cube in 1 cup of water)

Method
For Chinese rice- Firstly boil the rice.
- Cut all vegetables and take fry pan, put oil in it and fry all vegetables. Now add all ingredients in it and cook until vegetables become soft.
- Mix cooked vegetables with boiled rice.
- Dish them out in a platter.
For Manchurian
- Marinate chicken with vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, cornflour and salt for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours fry chicken with ginger garlic paste in oil and add tomato sauce, white flour, chicken stock and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve.
- Dish out in a bowl and serve with Chinese rice.
