Ingredients
Cheese 1 cupKhoya ½ cup
Potatoes ½ kg boiled
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric (haldi) ½ tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Method
- Mix boiled potatoes with cheese, khoya, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala powder and cornflour in a bowl.
- Make small round balls of the mixture.
- Coat them with cornflour or white flour.
- Deep fry these balls.
- Dish them out in platter.
- Serve tasty paneer balls with tomato
