Ingredients
White flour (maida) 1 cupPuff pastry sheet 1 large
Boneless chicken 2 cup
Egg 1
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
China chili 1 tbsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Onion 1-2
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Spinach 1 cup crushed
Garlic 1 tsp crushed
Method
- Boil the chicken and mix with salt, red chili powder, black pepper, vinegar, soya sauce, china chili, onion, cheddar cheese, spinach and garlic in a bowl.
- Now sprinkle white flour on working place and unfold the pastry sheet on it.
- Put all the mixture on sheet and start folding.
- After folding, brush the outer surface with egg.
- Grease the baking tray with oil and keep the bread over it for baking.
- Take it out from oven when colour changes to golden brown.
- Dish out in a platter and cut into thin slices.
- Serve tasty with tomato sauce.
