Ingredients
Chicken ½ kgCauliflower few leaves chopped
Carrot 2-3 chopped
Salt 1½ tsp
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 2-3 pinch
White pepper 2-3 pinch
Soya sauce 3-4 tbsp
China chili 4-5 tbsp
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Green chili 4-5 chopped
Corn ½ cup
Method
- Cut chicken into very small pieces and add salt and boil it.
- When chicken boils separate chicken stock (yukhni) and chicken.
- To chicken stock add chopped vegetables and corn and boil until they became soft.
- Add Chinese salt, black pepper, white pepper and then add chicken pieces into it.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Then mix some cornflour in ½ cup of water in a separate bowl and add into it. It thickens the soup and gives it a shiny look. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add china chili, soya sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 min.
- The healthy tasty soup is ready to serve.
