Hot And Sour Chicken Corn Soup Recipe

Hot and sour chicken corn soup is my one of my favourite recipes. It tastes so yummy. It is healthy for everyone too. Children like it very much. This recipe is simple and easy to cook in 30 to 35 min. Now you can easily try this at home too. You can also impress your family members and friends. Just go through the following method then cook and enjoy. Hope you like it and enjoy its delicious taste.

Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg
Cauliflower few leaves chopped
Carrot 2-3 chopped
Salt 1½ tsp
Chinese salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 2-3 pinch
White pepper 2-3 pinch
Soya sauce 3-4 tbsp
China chili 4-5 tbsp
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Green chili 4-5 chopped
Corn ½ cup

Hot And Sour Chicken Corn Soup Recipe

 Method 

  1. Cut chicken into very small pieces and add salt and boil it.
  2. When chicken boils separate chicken stock (yukhni) and chicken. 
  3. To chicken stock add chopped vegetables and corn and boil until they became soft. 
  4. Add Chinese salt, black pepper, white pepper and then add chicken pieces into it.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes. 
  6. Then mix some cornflour in ½ cup of water in a separate bowl and add into it. It thickens the soup and gives it a shiny look. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes. 
  7. Then add china chili, soya sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 min.
  8. The healthy tasty soup is ready to serve.
