Chinese pakoray is actually a Chinese dish. People who loves to eat Chinese food must try this at home. It is easy to cook. This recipe is ready in just 20-25 minutes. It has also many healthy and nutritional facts. It is well known all over the world. Must cook by following the method

 Ingredients 

White Flour (maida) 1 cup
Egg 1
Salt as per need
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Chilli sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Baking powder as per need
Boiled Potato ½ kg
Boiled Peas ½ cup
Boiled Carrot 2-3
Boiled Capsicum 2-3

Chinese Pakoray Recipe

 Method 

  1.  Cut vegetables into cube and boil them. 
  2.  Now mix all ingredients in a bowel along with vegetables by adding small amount of water. 
  3.  Mixture should be thick. 
  4.  Heat oil in fry pan and deep fry in pakora shaped until golden color appears. 
  5.  Chinese pakoray is ready so dish out them. 
  6.  Serve this delicious dish with tomato sauce.
