Ingredients
White Flour (maida) 1 cupEgg 1
Salt as per need
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Chilli sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Baking powder as per need
Boiled Potato ½ kg
Boiled Peas ½ cup
Boiled Carrot 2-3
Boiled Capsicum 2-3
Method
- Cut vegetables into cube and boil them.
- Now mix all ingredients in a bowel along with vegetables by adding small amount of water.
- Mixture should be thick.
- Heat oil in fry pan and deep fry in pakora shaped until golden color appears.
- Chinese pakoray is ready so dish out them.
- Serve this delicious dish with tomato sauce.
