Ingredients
Potato1 kg
Tomatoes 4-5
Salt 1 tbsp
Green chillies 5-6
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves few crushed
Black seed (kalonji) ½ tsp

Method
- Firstly take potatoes peel them and cut small cube shaped pieces of it.
- Now grind tomatoes and green chillies with ½ cup of water in a grinder.
- Grind until it forms a smooth paste.
- Then heat oil in frying pan and fry coriander powder until it turns dark brown.
- Immediately add grinded tomato chilli paste into it.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, kalonji into it and stir it for 5 min until an oily layer comes on the top. '
- Add potatoes in it and cover with lid and cook under low stream of fire for 20-25 min.
- After required time remove the lid then add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix.
- Serve with salad.
