Ingredients of Meatloaf Recipe

Beef ½ kg minced
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Brown sugar ¼ tsp
Mustard powder ½ tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Egg 1
Onion 1-2
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Ketchup ½ cup

Method

  1. Firstly mix ketchup, brown sugar and ketchup in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Grease the baking tray with oil and heat the oven.
  3. Mix minced beef, chopped onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and black pepper in another bowl and place it on the greased baking tray.
  4. Apply ketchup mixture on the top of mince and bake for an hour at 160 degree C.
  5. The delicious meat loaf is ready to serve.
