Ingredients of  Red Bean Salad Recipe Healthy and Tasty

Red beans 1 cup
Capsicum 2-3
Onion 2
Green onion 2 tbsp crushed
Salt ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Red chili powder ¼ tsp
Tamarind juice 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 3
Green chili 3-4
Mint leaves few for garnish

Method

  1. Boil red beans and wash them under cold running water.
  2. Now cut all vegetables.
  3. Take pan heat oil in it and cook all vegetables until they become soft and tender.
  4. Now add red beans, tamarind juice, lemon juice, vinegar, soya sauce and further cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Dish out cooked salad in a platter and garnish with mint leaves.
  6. The delicious salad is ready.
  7. Serve tasty healthy salad with chili sauce.
