Ingredients of Sesame Chicken Recipe

Boneless chicken ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Unsweetened apple juice 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Water ¼ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Red chili pepper 1 tsp
Ketchup I cup


Sesame Chicken Recipe

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan and cook chicken until it is cooked well.
  2. Now take out chicken from pan and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add water, apple juice, soya sauce, brown sugar, salt, red chili pepper and ginger garlic paste. Cook this mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add chicken in it and mix with spoon.
  5. In a bowl mix cornstarch and water and pour this onto chicken and further cooks for 2 minutes so that each and every ingredient is mixed well.
  6. Dish out chicken in a platter and serve with tomato ketchup.
