Ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kgCarrot 2-3
Potato ½ kg
Cabbage 1
Onion 1-2 chopped
Capsicum 2-3
Peas ½ cup boiled
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 2-3 pinch
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Tikka masala ½ tsp
Coriander leaves few crushed
Roll patti 1 packet
Method
- Firstly boil potatoes and peas.
- Take pan and fry ginger garlic paste and add chicken, salt, black pepper, tikka masala and red chili powder and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add all vegetables in it and cook until chicken becomes cooked well.
- Now unfold roll patti and fill it with cooked mixture and then fold back again.
- Now in another fry pan put oil and deep fry rolls until the golden brown colour appears.
- Dish them out in a platter.
- Serve tasty rolls with chili garlic sauce.
These look delicious, and I could easily eat them as a meal. I love the freshness of them, and I think these would be a real party hit.
