Ingredients
Prawns ½ kgRice 2 cup
Iceberg lettuce 2-3 leaves
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Tomatoes 2
Egg yolk 4
Spring onion 2-3
Peas ½ cup
Chinese cabbage 1
Butter ¼ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as per need
Method
- Firstly boil rice.
- Cut all vegetables and keep them aside.
- Take a pan and melt oil and butter in it then fry prawns for 5 minutes.
- Now add boiled rice and mix and add salt, black pepper and all chopped vegetables in it and cook.
- Beat eggs and pour over it and stir with spoon until all the ingredients are mixed and cooked well.
- Dish out rice in a platter and garnish with ice berg.
