Prawns ½ kg
Rice 2 cup
Iceberg lettuce 2-3 leaves
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Tomatoes 2
Egg yolk 4
Spring onion 2-3
Peas ½ cup
Chinese cabbage 1
Butter ¼ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt as per need

Method

  1. Firstly boil rice.
  2. Cut all vegetables and keep them aside.
  3. Take a pan and melt oil and butter in it then fry prawns for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add boiled rice and mix and add salt, black pepper and all chopped vegetables in it and cook.
  5. Beat eggs and pour over it and stir with spoon until all the ingredients are mixed and cooked well.
  6. Dish out rice in a platter and garnish with ice berg.
  7. Serve tasty and spicy rice and enjoy.
