Badami Kulfi Recipe

Badami kulfi is very delicious. It is mostly available in summer season. It tastes very yummy. It has healthy benefits and many nutritional facts. Just follow the recipe and must try. You can easily make it at home. So must try and give us feedback. Hope you like it and enjoy.

Ingredients

Milk 3 kg
Sugar as per need
Cardamom (elaichi) powder 2 tsp
Khoya ½ kg
Pistachios ½ cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Almonds ½ cup crushed

Badami Kulfi Recipe

Method

  1. Cook milk until it thickens.
  2. Then add sugar, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and mix.
  3. Take pan down from the stove and mix khoya in it.
  4. Put pan on the stove and cook until the mixture becomes thick.
  5. Then add few drops of vanilla essence.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds.
  7. Put these molds into refrigerator.
  8. Serve chill.
