Ingredients
Bread 10 slicesGhee ¾ cup
Milk 1 liter (5 cups)
Sugar 1½ cup (300 gm)
Pistachio 5 tsp
Vanilla essence 1-2 drops
Roasted almonds few crushed
Cardamom (elaichi) 3-4 crushed
Khoya ½ cup
Zarda colour ½ tsp
Method
- Cut bread slices in cubes and fry in oil.
- Heat milk in a pan and add sugar, almond pistachios, zarda colour, cardamom in it and cook until the milk becomes thick.
- Put off pan from the stove add khoya in it and mix.
- Cool the milk.
- Take serving dish and keep fried slices in it and pour mixture of milk over it.
- Garnish with roasted almonds and pistachios.
- Serve delicious chill shahi tukday as a sweet.
