Ingredients
White flour (maida) 75 gEgg 2
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Water 140 ml
Butter 2 tbsp
Cheese 52 g
Ghee ½ cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Crushed cumin ¼ tsp
Salt as per need
Method
- Take a pan. Add water, salt and ghee and heat it.
- When ghee starts melting take pan down from the stove and start mixing flour slowly in it. Stir continuously.
- Again put pan on the stove and cook until the mixture becomes little bit hard then again take down the pan from the stove.
- Now add eggs in it and mix.
- Then add cheese, salt, black pepper, vanilla essence and crushed cumin and mix well for 5 minutes.
- Now make round shape balls.
- Heat oil in pan and deep fry the balls.
- When golden brown colour appears dish them out.
- The yummy cheese balls recipe is ready.
- Serve them with spicy chili sauce.
