Szechuan Chowmein Recipe

Szechuan Chowmein is a yummiest recipe. This recipe is also very popular over all Asian countries. It is also known as chicken chowmein. It tastes very delicious. The recipe is simple and easy to cook and ready in 30 minutes. So must cook and amaze others with your cooking. Kindly give us feedback too.

Ingredients

Boneless chicken ½ kg
Salt 1½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Beaten egg 1
White pepper ¼ tsp
Cauliflower few leaves chopped
Capsicum 1-2
Egg noodles 1 packet
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Crushed green onion 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Ketchup ¼ cup
Coriander leaves few crushed
Mint leaves as per need

Szechuan Chowmein Recipe

Method

  1. Marinate boneless chicken with salt, white pepper, sugar, soya sauce, cornflour and beaten egg for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in fry pan and put crushed garlic into it. Fry until its colour changes to golden brown.
  3. Now add onion and marinate chicken in it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then put all remaining ingredients in it and further cook for half an hour.
  5. Boil noodles and add into the cooked chicken.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Szechuan chowmein is ready.
  8. Dish out in a platter and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
  9. Serve hot with chili sauce.
