Ingredients of Avocado Tomato Salad

Avocado 2 chopped
Grape tomatoes 2-3
Olive oil 1-2 tsp
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt as per need
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Mint leaves for garnish
Coriander leaves for garnish


Avocado Tomato Salad

Method

  1. Firstly chop tomatoes and avocado and toss them in a bowl.
  2. Then add olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, black pepper and mayonnaise in it and mix all ingredients with spoon.
  3. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
  4. Keep the bowl in refrigerator and allow enough time to cool.
