Ingredients of Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Salt ½ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
China chili 2 tbsp
Corn ½ cup
Tomato 2
Onion 2
Cabbage 1
Coriander leaves few for garnish
Mint leaves few for garnish
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken for 2 minutes then add salt, red chili powder, vinegar, soya sauce and china chili and cook until chicken is cooked well.
- Now chop onions, tomatoes and cabbage in a bowl and add cooked chicken, corn in it and pour lemon juice and stir well with spoon.
- Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
- Chicken salad is ready to serve.
