Ingredients of Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies
Flour 1 cup
Low fat peanut butter ½ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp
Coco powder 1 tsp
Salt 2-3 pinch
Roasted peanuts 2 tbsp
Roasted almonds 2 tbsp
Method
- Mix sugar and butter in a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add egg and beat then add flour, vanilla essence, baking soda, salt and coco powder and beat well.
- Sprinkle almonds and peanuts and mix with hand forming semi solid dough.
- Form small cookie shape biscuits from the dough.
- Grease the baking tray and place butter paper on it.
- Put all cookies on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 150 degree C.
- After the required time cookies are ready.
- Take them out from oven and keep aside to cool.
- On cooling preserve these baked cookies in a jar and eat in breakfast.
