Ingredients
Rice 2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Egg 2
Onion 1
Carrot 2-3
Capsicum 2-3
Peas ½ cup boiled
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Coriander leaves few for garnish
Green onion for garnish
Method
- Put oil in a pan and cook eggs and stir continuously.
- Then add all chopped vegetables and fry until they become soft and tender.
- Then add soya sauce, salt, black pepper and curry powder.
- Cook further for 5 minutes.
- Dish out in a platter and garnish with green onion and coriander leaves.
- Serve tasty rice with chill coke.
