Ingredients
Corn kernels 1 cup
Capsicum 2
Carrot 2
Tomatoes3-4
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp crushed
Red chili pepper ¼ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Garlic powder ¼ tsp
Green salsa ½ cup
Smoked paprika 1tbsp
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
Sour cream 2-3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Method
- Fry corn kernels in olive oil.
- Then add capsicum, carrot, onion, tomatoes, cumin, black pepper, salt, green salsa, smoked paprika, garlic powder, red chili pepper and mix.
- Cook until all vegetables are cooked well.
- Dish out salsa in a platter and add lemon juice in it and mix.
- Tasty and healthy salsa is ready to serve.
