Bihari Korma is a delicious recipe. This dish is very easy to cook. It is ready in just 25-30 minutes. It tastes very yummy and smells too good. You can easily make this at home. The recipe is simple and ingredients are easily available too. Just follow the recipe method and must try and enjoy a happy meal.
Ingredients
Onion 2
Minced chicken 3 breast piece
Yogurt 1½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1½ tsp
Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp
Coriander leaves few crushed
Mint leaves few crushed
Cardamom (elaichi) powder ¼ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Method
- Firstly mince chicken in chopper very finely.
- Shape minced chicken into small balls.
- Heat oil and fry onion and ginger garlic paste.
- When the colour turns light golden add minced chicken balls, salt, coriander powder, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric, yogurt, cardamom powder and lemon juice then stir with spoon and cover it.
- Allow to cook for 25-30 minutes.
- After the required time turn off the stove and uncover the pan and pour lemon juice over it and mix.
- Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
- Serve delicious korma with naan or rice.
