Ras malai is a sweet dish often served after meals. Its taste is very delicious and it smells very good. It is very healthy. It has many nutritional facts. You can easily make this at home. The recipe is simple to make. Just follow the method given below and try to make by yourself and impress your family members and friends with your cooking skills.
Ingredients
Milk 1 kg
Sugar ½ cup
Almonds few crushed
Pistachios few crushed
Dry milk powder 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp
White flour 1 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence few drops
Egg 1
Method
- Boil milk and add almonds, pistachios and sugar and stir with spoon.
- In a bowl mix dry milk powder, baking powder, white flour, ghee and form a semi solid dough.
- Make small round or oval shape balls of it.
- Put these balls into boiling milk add few drops of vanilla essence in it and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour tasty Ras Malai in a serving dish.
- Place it in refrigerator and allow enough time to cool.
- Serve tasty chill sweet dish after meal.
